Working sizes and shapes on the floor

      
Hi teachers!

Today I bring you a really good resource for teaching the sizes and the shapes in Nursery and Primary School.

You just need to draw on the floor diferent shapes (square, circle, oval, rectangle, triangle...) in different sizes. The children should be running arround them and when you say an orden (e.g. "Go to the big triangle") all of them have to go to it. You can also play with colours (e.g. "Go to the blue square").

I'ts good to play this game at the playground, so you won't bother the other classes. You can drow it with some adhesive tape (as you can see at the pictures below), or with some chalk.
